The Society for the Study of Pregnancy and Birth (SSPRB) is excited to present its 2025 Virtual Symposium talk delivered by Cassandra Sciortino, an art historian and lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley.

Titled, “Neonatal Intensive Care: Reflections on Caregiving, Birth and the Womb,” Sciortino’s presentation was the third talk of Session 4 (session title: “Birth, Design, Natality and Caregiving in Spaces of Art, Culture, and Politics”).
